Q: How long does it takes for my order to ship?

A: Most orders are shipped within 24 hours or less, if an order is made on  Saturday it will go out Monday morning.

Q: Why is shipping $4.00?

A: The shipping is $4.00 because it includes tracking, which is emailed to you at the time of shipment so you can track your order.  This allows you the ability to track your package and gives us proof of delivery. 

Q: What do I do if my package doesn't arrive?

A: If tracking shows it was not delivered we will provide a replacement and reissue your order.  If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package you would need to go to the post office and speak with the Postmaster there, who would reverse track it and find where it was misplaced and retrieve your package for you. The sooner you do this the more likely they are able to get your package back.

Q: What can I use my Harbor East Cinemas gift card for? 

A: Gift cards can be used to purchase tickets and concession at Harbor East Cinema. Movie tickets can be purchase with gift card online at www.harboreastcinema.com or at the theatre. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and are valid for use with Harbor East Cinema transactions only. 

Q: How do I check the balance on my gift card?

A: You can check your gift card balance by going to the ________________. Enter the card number on the back to see your balance.  You can also have our staff check the balance for you at our Baltimore location.
